"I knew as soon as I saw this type of Tai Chi that it could benefit everyone. It is easy to learn and the benefits of relaxing and focusing on slow intentional movements are absolutely amazing! In addition to the physical benefits, students quickly become aware of when and where they are tensing up. Tai Chi and Qigong give them a tool to let go of that tension and stress!"
