Description:
 According to the Centers for Disease Control, longer life spans and aging baby boomers will combine to double the population of older Americans to about 72 million during the next 25 years. Baby boomers can live long and healthy lives by reducing their risks for the diseases that are usually associated with aging.

By attending this session, you will gain an understanding of: 1) the underlying cause of most age-related diseases in America today, 2) which lifestyle factors influence this cause, and 3) how you can decrease your risks for these diseases.
