 Learn Yoga poses in a safe and fun environment! Discover how Yoga can improve strength and flexibility in your body. Study the fundamentals of yoga postures and lay the foundation for an effective yoga practice. The instructor will guide students on how to execute each pose within their ability. This class will focus on improving flexibility and gaining clarity in the mind. We will work on balance and postures to keep the core strong.
