 Do you ever feel stuck in life due to anxiety, depression or other negative emotions? Do you at times feel victim to your emotional or physical pain, having no other options? Are you looking for natural or alternative options but don’t know where to turn? You are not alone…

In medicine and psychological therapy, experts are noticing the benefits of integrating mind, body and spirit into the healing process. When we look at the whole self and utilize not only our physical but also our energetic bodies, we find that we can alleviate, if not heal, our pain.

In this hour, we will explore EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and the Body Talk technique and learn basic techniques to release issues from anxiety/depression, angers and fears to physical aches and pains and phobias.

These techniques are easy to use and once learned, can be used on anything (emotional or physical) at any time, even with children.
